I just got the following message when connecting my Ipod classic to 13.0.82
"ITunes Data Version
The data on your Ipod is an older format (unknown) than the format current used by Media Center (iTunes 8.0.1).
Media Center will automatically update your Ipod when you transfer content.
If you are using another piece of software which depends on the older data format, please update it to the newest version to avoid problems"
What is going on here? This looks like an MC message ( but can't tell for sure)
Edit: P.S. The sync of the Ipod to my MC 13 database seemed to work fine with no issues.

I am getting the same message, I have a 6g 80 gig classic ipod with the latest firmware. Also on my office PC Media Center is not showing all the tracks on my ipod, e.g I have a playlist with 70 + tracks and only the first four are displayed

Media Center warns when it writes a newer database format than is already on the iPod.
If you're only using Media Center to manage the iPod, you can normally just ignore the message.
