Title: How does MC determine which tracks to not-sync?

When synchronizing and the sync list in MC is greater than the capacity of the IPod, what hierarcy does MC use to determine which files are to be 'dropped'? Just wondering...

I have a 160Gb IPod and a library (constantly increasing) of about 180Gb. My settings are for all audio with a large group of smartlists (sic playlists).
