Title: Losing "Add Library View"

The first time I use "Add Library View" it works okay.  After that, all I get is an empty window, until I reboot.  Any suggestions?

I am getting this on my Vista computer, have not seen it on XP.  Not saying its related to that, but its a data point.


EDIT: the views are back, not sure why.
