I am using 6.0.81. I had to reload my home machine (windows , of course) and would like to also have my work computer run this. I can login but my Sansa will not sync, and won't accept new files. I believe it is due to an authorization issue.
Any ideas?

If it is an authorization problem, PMC should tell you, but we may not be catching the problem yet.
Do you have a Portable subscription? You can change subscription types with the Login/Account button in the upper right. Changes are limited.

I have a portable subscription yes. I ran through the Change Subscription option again ,and chose Portable just to make sure. I am also not able to change my password so maybe it is something with my account, not sure.
Uncle. I tried it now today and it appears to write using my work machine. Even my previous lists are now playing. Previously these would not play as it told me I needed to connect and sync. ?
