Honestly, kick it back to plain old "All (32)"
If you absolutely must have the pane label in there, consider changing "All" to "Every", but even then, it won't fit every example, and it's also causing never pretty truncation in many instances.

This makes me think... "All your base are belong to us"

Makes MC come across as some poorly translated software from the east!!!

While we may appreciate the difficulties presented by user fields and translations, others certainly won't, and MC will come in for critiscism because of it.

Is it possible to drop the "All" entry altogether, and default panes to a "nothing selected = all" state like it does in the file list?
But, then what to do with the totals? They can be really useful, and I think they would look ugly in the pane headers.

Or "Dont filter by", or "Skip", or "Ignore".

Ahh, now I'm thinking about that again and it wouldnt work in standard view would it. It would be good for theater view though.

i agree with marco...

and it is also wrong.. 'all () ' was referring to all the items in the pane. so when using artists grouped
all (14) makes sense
all artists (14)   ?

or when filtering
all keywords (2) ?

Just "All (10)" was better in y opinion.

Now I get "All Name (10)" etc which just doesn't look right.

Even "All Items (10)" would be better than what it now is..

Much better now. Good work on this.
Configuring plural display for a field to be a simple space effectively gives us back the "All ()" we had before, which can be handy.

I think a "plural display" field in the expression based pane editor would be handy too.

Please don't do that.  You're going to make our (and your) lives complicated in the future if you hack things up.
