I got a new dinovo mini, and remembered that once upon a time, I mapped the above seek acceleration to my not-so-trusty ATI Remote Wonder. This could get in handy for seeking on the Mini (if I could get mapping to work at all, that is).
But I can't find it anymore, is it gone?
Thanks!

2x, 20x, 100x are there.
-
Great! Where are the option for this? Or the keyboard shortcut for it?
-
The keyboard combo for this are CTRL+Left/Right Arrow keys.
-
Thanks! I think I was confused, since I couldn't get it to work on Logitech diNovo Mini, but on a standard keyboard, it did.
-
Actually, it doesn't work!
On my laptop (Vista) it works as expected, but on my desktop (also Vista) it skips 10 seconds instead. What's up with that?
-
Sorry for the confusion.
Laptop:
MC12: Does the x5, x20, x100
MC13: Does the x5, x20, x100
Desktop:
MC12: Does the 10 second skipping
MC13: Does the x5, x20, x100
There! Now I tested all combinations properly!

Playing DVD? Check DVD Playback Settings in MC12 on your desktop. "Swap fast play and jump".

Nopes, just Xvid's. Tried the same file for the experiment.

That is strange.
You used CTRL+ARROW keys on keyboard, right? Did you accidentally also hold down SHIFT key? CTRL+SHIFT+ARROW does jumping forward 30 seconds/backward 10 seconds.
-
Nopes, I don't think I held down SHIFT since I made several tests (couldn't miss everytime right?).
Could Logitech Setpoint have something to do with it? I tried both having it started and stopped though, without any difference, but this I didn't test very consistent.

Try uninstalling Setpoint. We've seen problems with it in the past.
