Title: Skinning the new thv. small question

ive started to play with the skin. i was wondering if anybody got the cubes working on the frontpage using the rootroller?

Would you want to?  The cubes are a bit 1990 IMO.  ;)

yeah i know  ;D
but so is the moving background image.. so i wanted to make my own look. its so boring without any thing moving and no stuf to put there...

not important though

The entry is there to enable this:

<Item Bitmap="..\Shared\Pictures\[Location].png" Location="*" Rect="LocationPicture\0,0,100,100" Alpha="35" Alignment="1" Style="1" Background="1" />

... but it has no effect!



Also, some of the list/menu text vs selected text coloring doesn't seem to have any effect either. For example, I'm trying to change the color of the roller text but can't do this without changing the colour of ALL text.

yes, thanks for looking at it, raym..

i do use that for the oldfashion rootmenue. now when you get the * from location away i do get the cube, the general one.. but it does not react to anything. i guess it is not possible to use those anymore. when using *** for location they do pop up behind the files when in audio etc.. but that is not what i was after..
