Title: CDDB Interface dialogs broken
Post by: cepler on July 22, 2002, 11:25:05 am
It seems that many of the CDDB dialogs lose focus and thus are unusable.  For instance, when I try to go to a CD drive that has an Audio CD it pops up the dialog asking if I have a CDDB account and I cannot access this dialog.  If I manually go thru the settings in the options screens then try to add the CD to the database, that dialog too does not maintain focus.  It's as if there is another dialog that takes focus back right after clicking the CDDB dialog.  Hope this gets fixed soon because it makes the CDDB facility unusable.

What version of MJ?  If not 8.0.333, please upgrade.

8.0.333? It isn't available on the download page yet anyhoo.

I've got the exact same problem with 8.0.318, along with a stupid problem with burning CD's where the last track is always mysteriously left out.

8.0.318 is what I'm running, the auto-update does not indicate there are any further updates.  I guess I'll try the manual download to see if that corrects it.

Yes, it is, but why doesn't it auto-update to that version?  Is this just a 'test' version?  I've relied on using the auto-update to get my updates recently as I haven't had time to browse the forums.
