No, you can't use them for mp3-CDs.

Wouldn't make much sense anyway, because mp3-players use their own settings for gap beetween tracks which cannot be changed by any CD. If you would re-encode your mp3 so that they have cross-fading one the one hand it would not be possible to change the track order without destroying the effect, on the other hand maybe you would have the begining part of the cross-fading, then a gap beetween the songs and then the final part of the cross-fade.

So: it's only available for AudioCDs. I guess you allready found these setting. If not, you will find them at

Tools -> Options... -> Burning -> Cross-fade and DSP settings

Within the upcoming window you can set all available cross-fading and DSP settings for AudioCD-Burning.

If the intention is to create cross-faded mixes it is possible to play a playlist to a wav file by using the Disk Writer output mode. It has an option for creating a single wav file of the complete playlist and you can use any standard playback DSP features including cross-fade. After creating one or more wave files you can convert them to MP3 and burn to a data disc.

If the source files are already in a lossy format the resulting audio quality will drop a bit because the files will be re-encoded, but if you use a high quality encoding setting the additional loss will be small and possibly not audible or at least not too annoying.
