I finally found the problem to the aparent "ping atack" to my computer it was a nice and very friendly Trojan horse im my file system. Sorry for the inconvenience and keep with the good work.

did you figure out that one it was.

Yup it was code red aparently only atacks NT OS i have Win 2000 and its based on NT system i donwloaded from symantec a tool and now it's running fine and without a problem.Thanks for your email King.
