Can MC13 record streaming music?

Yes.

If you're using the integrated Web Media, when you click on the link on the webiste in the browser, you'll be given the option to record stream for x minutes.

If you want to schedule a recording, you can use the scheduler under services and plugins.

Add Task > Record Stream.

so sorry for a dumb question, but where does the recorded stream wind up on the computer.  I was able to set up the task but can not find the resulting file..

help?

From the test I just did, it goes into the root of the folder you specify in Options - File Location - Ripping, Recording, & Other Audio.
