Title: How do I watch a JTS file in Windows Media Player

Hi,

I have a tv program which I recorded using JRiver Media Center. I want to watch it in another computed which does not have JRiver Media Center installed on it. Can it be done and how ?

Install MC13 on the other computer as well :) You can legally install it on multiple computers if they're you're own.
I don't think it's an easy task to make those files work on other players. I belive it's a rather closed format only used by J River?
Other formats are supposed to be added later, but I don't know when. They're focusing on stability and Tuner support for now they said.

Actually what I want is to convert the JST file to mpeg file, and use it for DVD creation. I assume that if I can watch the file in Windows Media Player then I can use any program I want to convert the file.

If it plays fine there should be ways of converting it, but I have never done it my self.
