I have looked around in this Forum but, unfortunatelly, I didn't find any information about that

Normally, you would play them using DirectShow.  There is a DirectShow guide here in our wiki:

Installing CCCP is a good way to start.  There is a link in the guide.

Now that Apple has gone DRM free and considering that iTunes is one of the largest (if not still on top) retailers of digital music, it woudl be really nice to see .aac support built in to Media Center.
