Title: Looking for nice 15" or smaller LCD

For the first time ever, I am looking for a small LCD!  I did some searching but was very disappointed!  All I could find were horrible brands, low resolutions, and high prices!  I can barely find a 15" for under $200!  This is ridiculous because they were this price years ago.  My only requirements are that it has DVI and I don't want to deal with overscan issues (TV)--it needs to be a computer monitor.  12" would be great but looking on the big sites, they aren't very common it seems.
