Title: Can't Seem to Screen Grab a Thumbnail in Video (VOB) Files

This works in my AVI files but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong in my IFO/VOB files.  Neither a direct screen grab or a screen grab to file seems to work.  I read some old threads and cleared the cover art and tried again, but no go.  I *can* use an exisiting JPG, however.

Ideas would be appreciated, thank you.
