Title: checking all audio for dubs of files already in a playlist?

i can't get my head around this one.
i have a smartlist with a bunch of files, jazz standards. now i want to make a smartlist that can check if there are new ones. so files with the same name, but not already in that playlist.

any creative idea welcome  8)

found a solution for now. using a custom library field and two smartlists. not ideal. but in the end it seems to work. but if somebody have an idea using the playlist as a start point, im all ears.
