I've tried a couple of times now to purchase Slide Show but the process does not complete. The page hangs up on "Purchase in progress.... Please be patient..." How long should I be patient? Is 15 minutes long enough? I want to go boating....

15 minutes is more than enough. You are not connecting to the server with your purchase data. Do you know your IP address? (send it to gateley @ jriver.com), or the time you tried to purchase? Are you behind a firewall or a proxy server?

We were down for some period of time this morning. I think it was our line to our ISP.

Thanks Gateley and Jim. I've sent an email with my IP Address. I tried to purchase it at the time I downloaded Slide Show a couple of weeks ago and the same thing happened, so maybe my firewall is at fault.
