Title: Plug in Encoder m4a

Hi. How can I convert m4a files into mp3 or war files?  The m4a files seems not to support all taggs I have in library (genre, clasification, among others), when I move/copy files to another location.  Or how can I keep the taggs when I move/copy m4a files?
