Title: Help.... TRying to add .mp4 file to Blackberry STorm and it says file not supp

Help...   Im trying to add a video file to my STorm but it says the file is not supported....   Does that mean its not supported by MC 13 or the STorm...    the file extension is .mp4 and has played on the device...

By MC, but you can probably add it to the filetypes in Handheld options.  Should work.

Added it to the type list and tried again but got None of the tracks can be transferred, common errors include insufficient rights or unsupported file types
