Title: How to change unknown album cover?

Whenever Media Center cannot find a match on an album cover it connects the song(s) to a really bizarre image with a picture of a human stripped of skin and the words {un}known (with the pi symbol in place of the "n"!) at the top.  I am assuming this is a band that matches somehow on this?  I am not sure what is going on here but it is not the sort of thing that I want showing up on my touchpanels throughout the house!  Can anyone give me any pointers on how I got myself into this situation??  Thanks.

Right click on a file that has this image and do a lookup from the Internet.  If you see the image, select it and choose report this image.
