Title: upgrading from media center 12

i have downloaded mc13, and installed it over mc12.  i have the registration numbers for mc12 and mc11. i seem to be jammed at paying for the upgrade.  it doesn't recognize my new email address, and i have had two previous email addresses in version 11 and 12 because of being with time-warner. 

origonally my email address would have been at houston.rr.com and when comcast to over time-warner, it would have become comcast.com

i have a new address, a new phone number,  same name, and two registration numbers from previous versions.  i probably even have the old mjr files for each.

how do i get upgraded, or even purchase?

We have no MC13 license in your name.  You have an MC12 license.  It worked with early versions of MC13.

To get an upgrade price,  you need to have MC12 installed and licensed.
