Title: Restore link has page load error [Internet outage -- now working]

I bought MC13 a few months ago, my mother boeard died on my laptop, so i have a "loaner" and i need to load MC13 on it, but when i try to go to the restore page following the link in my purchase email I get an error.

Is there a new link or process to get a valid restore key?

We lost our T1 line to our ISP a couple of hours ago.  Please try again in an hour or so.  I'm sorry for the delay.

The T1 line came back up at about 10:00PM CST last night.
