Title: MC13 License restore problems.

Having just reformated my PC I have had to reinstall MC13.
I have (foolishly) lost my license and registration code.

I have been here

and submitted my email address, and have had no response

Only other info I have is my Paypal receipt with a transaction number.

I have emailed JRiver direct but have now been asked to post here

Anyone help me please?

If you didn't receive a response to entry of your e-mail address, it could be:

1.  Old e-mail address.  On the restore page, you can change your e-mail address if you know your old one and your password.  Is your paypal address the same as your current address?

2.  Spam filter

Spam filter is set to allow all email from JRiver.

I have only 2 email addresses which might have been used. I have submitted both emails for a response and not had anything back in relation to MC13.

My Paypal address for email is the same as my original email request for registration code from JRiver.

I saw a couple of restores go out for you this weekend.  s**********t@h****** dot com.  Someone's spam filter is trapping it.

Please send me another e-mail if you can't figure it out.  I'm jimh at jriver.

Where can I change my email address at?  The address entered is slightly old.  Assuming the address I think it in, I need to remove "06" from my address.

Hi,
I recently (April 17, 2009) updated from MC 12 to 13 with no problems: here at home and at my office everything worked fine. Now I've got a new p.c. at my office but I can't find my registration code to update the license. So I put in my email-address but all I got were codes for MC12 and MC11. But I did pay for 13...
How do I get my registration code back?

No idea.  I see the license.  I changed the e-mail to the soa... address, same as it was for MC12.  I couldn't see a typo.   Please try again.

Have upgraded my Pc and re-installed XP. I'll now have to re-install MC13.
Which one should I install? The one I received along with the key (March 2009), or the latest release? Will the key be valid with this last one?

Get the latest build.  It's 13.0.171.
