Title: Playback Controls in Detached Display?

Is there a way to put playback controls into/onto the detached display?  I'm watching some training videos and it's a real pain in the @$$ to have to switch back to MC to rewind when I miss something. 

And is there a way to make videos start up in MC without them going straight to full screen?  That's just annoying.

Try using the OSD to go back 10 seconds at a time. If you use a keyboard, just press the left arrow key for 10 second rewind skips. Right arrow does 30 seconds advance. If you don't use a keyboard you might be able to program a wireless mouse button with these commands, or a remote control.
