Hello,

How can I get a list of all albums that have no songs rated higher than 3?

maybe you can do it in one list, but a quick thought. make an list with all tracks rated 4 and 5, and expand to full album, call it 'albums 4 and 5 rated'.
now make a list with all your albums but as a rule tell it not to use the playlist: 'albums 4 and 5 rated'.
