Title: Irman plugin -- New function: Send MC command...

I'd like to see a new "general type" command option in the IRMAN/USBuirt plugin dialog, please!

With this command option, you could select any core command with parameter to be sent as a response to a button push.

i support this.. my remote does not work with mc directly, but when i get one that does i would really like that. and it seems like a great idea also..
