Title: MC12 Volume control under Vista

I just had to reformat my work laptop after catching a nasty virus.  After reinstalling MC12 I noticed that the volume control under MC is operating somewhat independently from the Vista system volume control.  I don't recall that this happened before.  I have searched the help trying to find something to adjust this.  Can I setup MC so that the volume control adjusts the main system volume?  Thanks.

It's not possible for MC12. MC12 only can control it's application volume and it's internal volume for audio (right click on the small speaker left from the volume slider to select).

In MC13 it's possible to select weather it should control System, application or internal volume.

I found an old thread where I described how volume worked for MC12 under vista and how it works now for MC13. Left hand you see the options available in MC12/13 and right hand you see what is controlled with the setting.

MC12 Volume Options	|	Vista

So if I read this correctly there is no way to tie the MC12 system volume to the Vista Master Volume?  Thanks.

This is right for MC12.

I believe that was changed in MC12.
