Title: Limited shuffle?

I have over 15k songs in my library, yes they're legal. I have almost 1k cd's. When I tell the player to shuffle my library. A lot of the songs never get played. Almost like it can only shuffle a certain number of songs. Is this a known issue, or is it just me? If it's just me, is there a work around for it?
