Title: Media Server functionrequest - Rating and playlists.

Hi.

I have a server with all my music on running the MC and the library server. This works great for playing music, but....
The trouble is that I'm almost never at the server, and if I am it's not for listening to music. 99% of playing music is done on my laptop.

The real issue is that I can not modify the library from my laptop. I can not change rating and I can not make playlist for then again sync my Ipod or WM phone with.
There must be some way to be able to write this back to the library. This would make my "work" with my music a lot easyer. Please please please!!  :)

Library Server provides read-only access.

You can put the library on a network share and access it directly from your laptop.

Can we request the function of being able to update ratings and playlists from remote clients ?
