Title: smartlist question: combining and with or

I've read the wiki and experimented but cannot figure out how to implement:

(Genre=x) and ((Comment contains "y") or (Comment contains "z"))

[genre]=x ([comment]="y" or [comment]="z") ought to do the trick for you.

Works perfect, thanks.

It seems that it may not be possible to implement this expression with the Smartlist wizard.

Instead I selected Custom and entered your expression in one line and all is good now.

I take it back.

The wizard has some hidden bracket options for implementing "or" that I did not know existed.

Love this software...
