Title: Subscription Problem

I upgraded my subscription to Portable before I realized that it wouldn't work with my iPod.  I immediately switced it back to Standard, but I now have the following three charges on my credit card:

$15.33
$12.99
$15.99

I can't find a customer service link to address these kinds of questions, so I'm posting here.

Also every time I go into my account profile to check the Change Subscription page, it is still set to Portable.
