Title: Rip/Play Problem

I had this problem, with MC12 so I upgraded to MC13.

I try to rip a CD, I get "Read Track Failed. Failed to extract. Rip Failed."

When I try to play a CD, I get "Media Center encountered errors while trying to play the last several files. Please make sure that the path in you media library points to the right location."

I have checked it all seems to have the correct location. It was all working one, then the next it wasn't, I never changed anything.

Any suggestions? ?

That's an odd problem.  We have seen problems with other "smart" software doing special things with drives that caused similar problems.  Did you install anything new between the time it worked and the time it didn't?

Another possibility is that the drive is failing.  You could try swapping with another drive if you have one.
