Title: Media Server Questions -- how do I set this up?

I am running my trial of Media Center 13 and plan on purchasing a license soon.  I am trying to try out the Media Server feature to try leaving my PC on at home and streaming my MP3 audio to my work PC.  Is there a simple tutorial that will guide me through what I need to do to make this happen on both server and client side?  Checked the Wiki but didn't see anything.

I see the Media Server software running in the taskbar but no options to set it up...  Any advice?

Additionally, I have a few other questions:

1-Is there a way to start Media Server when starting up Media Center (without forcing it to run on Windows startup?)
2-Is there a way to see "Media Server" content on a Mac running iTunes or any other similar app?

There is no Mac support.  UPnP might work if you have a Mac app that supports it.
