Title: Is Cover Art - is it saved in Library Backup? Can it be copied to other songs?
Post by: tangolovers on April 28, 2009, 02:47:02 pm
I have two questions pertaining to cover art:

1) When I restore my library to another machine is it supposed to take the cover art with it or do I have to do that manually?

2) I was able to get the cover art for one song in an album, but it's not looking up correctly for the remaining songs.  Don't you find it strange that it only found it for one song??  For the moment, since I'm in a hurry, is there a way to tell MC13 to use that cover art for all the other songs in that album?  If you have any ideas why it wasn't picking up the rest of the songs that would be great too.

Thank you.

For number 2 check out the cover art copy and paste facilities.
Quick Find maybe useful to you also.

If your art is in a single directory, move it to the new machine, then set MC's location for cover art in options.

Then do a Quick Find.  Select a few files, right click, choose "cover art", quick find.
