Title: MC13 upgrade from MC11 hangs

Tried your suggestion to uninstall and reinstall.  Did not work.  Install on MC 13 hangs at "install Hotfix xxxxx"

Run the installer with the command-line switch /NoDependencies to skip that step.

This requires 13.0.161 or newer (available at the top of this board).
