Title: FIXED: Starting from build 161, digital channel search (DVB-T) broken

Hi again,

found another issue with the two latest builds 161 & 166.

In build 152, I find my digital channels with no problem, but the two latest builds don't find any channel at all.

I tested this several times in VMWare, reverting to 152 everything OK, with 161 & 166 list stays empty.

My configuration:
WinTV DVB-T Nova USB Stick
DVB-T channels in Vienna, Austria

Seen the same in ATSC land.

Chan. scan = 0

So, I just added some manually, for testing.

Build 167 fixed it!
