Any chance of some support? If more info is required, just say so.

Cheers.

Try removing this file:
C:\Documents and Settings\Neil\Application Data\J River\Media Center 13\Temp\MP3 Image - 3008.jpg

Try the link called Stability in my signature.

Please send a copy of the MP3:
E:\Music Library\Music\Albums\Entombed\Uprising\Scottish Hell.mp3

To matt at jriver dot com.  It looks like something in that file is causing problems.

(the JPG Jim mentioned is a temporary file extracted from that MP3)

Thanks guys but I think I've identified the source of the problem. The Noire Viz Track Info in Playing Now.

All the crashes seemed to be happening during the second track played in a session. All the log files had MC crashing while getting an MP3 Image or GetImage was happening. I thought maybe it had something to do with loading an image into playing now or something.

I tested as follows:

Play music for 30 mins in detail view - no problems
Switch to Playing Now (Noire Viz) - crash during 2nd track after switching

Play music for 30 mins in Playing Now (Dreamstate) - no problems
Switch to Noire Viz - crash during 2nd track after switching

Whether this is a problem at my end, I don't know but I'd appreciate being able to use Noire Viz again.

Cheers.
