Title: 7.0 licence - not able to restore 8.
Post by: jrc_co on July 16, 2002, 10:23:38 am
My licence is backed up, but the "resore" command in help is greyed out. The user guide says if it is greyed out no restore is needed, but all I can use is the free version. I bought the DFX upgrade, which is what I miss most. PLEASE, if anyone knows how I can utilize my licence, or get MJ to let me restore, please post ASAP.  THANX

If restore is greyed out, MJ thinks it is licensed.

DFX is another matter.  That's a DFX issue.  MJ has built-in DSP now.

I'm having similar problems.  MJ thinks I'm licenced, but won't allow me to use upgraded functions such as MP3 encoding, etc.  Is there something I should be doing?
