Title: Is it true? MC13 does not support transfer from iPod to MC?

I had used Media Jukebox 12 for a long time and was able to transfer from iPod to MJ12. When I upgraded to MC13, I am told that I can no longer effect this transfer. Is this true?

In Media Center, view your iPod.

Select files on the iPod, right-click, pick Transfer to PC.
