I have ripped 270 songs and converted to APE-format(Monkeys audio)
In al the songs there is a jingle, a very loud knocking sound for about 5 seconds, always on a different place. This not and error or jitter while ripping. If I ripp the song for a second time, or I put the CD the next time in the computer, the jingle is away and copying goes fine. Is there a Copyprotecting-system active?

Are you sure somebody isn't at your front door? Okay seriously, I haven't heard that type of sound in any of my APE rips which I just started making, but since ape format requires more resources than lossy encoders, maybe you have something running in the background of windows which is causing a problem while playing back your rips.

Not at all, If I ripp for the second time, the same is running on the background.The jingle in the firsttime is also to long for backgrounddisturbing. I have enough resource, Use 2 seperate harddisk in RAID 0, only for the music, the operatingsystem is onto another disk, so no problems due to the swapfile, computer is AMD ATHLON 1800XP, OS=windows XP

It's not a problem with copy protection. It is either something else making Windows hesitate while you rip or something making problems on playback (wireless mouse, etc.). For example, my video card produces artifacts in playback.
Try ripping the same track several times in a row to different names to see if the sound is reproduceable.
Try the same, ripping to wav each time.
Just some ideas to narrow down where the problem is.

I havent heard of any kind of copy protection of this kind either, I would have to agree with "BigMike". But I did read an article on copy protection just today. Since this post is titled as such I will past a link here for yall so you can get the latest scoop.
