Title: Output playing now info into a text file - is there a plug-in for this?

Hello.
Is there a plugin which would output info about the currently playing title to a text file in this format:
Artist
Album
Year
Title
Current MC Status (this would be very nice to have)

i.e. not in one line (<Title> by <Artist> from <Album>) as a couple of plugins I was able to find do?
