Title: Questions Regarding Upgrading From Version 9
Post by: Thaum on May 28, 2009, 07:11:12 pm
On the download page, it says, "Older versions of JRiver MEDIA CENTER can be found in the FAQ on Interact"

So I went to:   http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/

Nowhere do I see anything about a FAQ section, or post.

So I went back to:  http://www.jrmediacenter.com/

...and clicked on FAQ there, which did take me to the FAQ post on Interact:  http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=10029.0

I see absolutely nothing there about version 9. The only versions I see mentioned are 11, 12, and 13. None of the other topics/subjects/headers seemed to be anything that would lead me to where I might be able to download it either.

Although I would love to upgrade to version 13, and 14 soon, I have not used the software in ages.  And I do not want to pollute my system by having to install older versions just to immediately upgrade them.  Anyone dealing with computers for very long realizes that the more stuff you install, the more problems Windows has.

Can you provide me with a way to upgrade (at the upgrade price) without having to install older versions first?
