Title: Misnaming playlists

I find MC can erroneously put the title and other details of a track on an unrelated playlist e.g. the Windows Welcome Music here:

Is this a known bug? Is there any workaround, short of clearing the library? Thanks.

We need more details about how to reproduce this.  It's not a known problem.

All I did was load some .m3u's - and immediately saw the screen as captured.

OK, thanks, next time it happens I shall save the .m3u. What more details will you need?
