Post by: HomeyJay on June 01, 2009, 11:11:39 am
Just downloaded Media Centre 13 exclusively for Theater Mode on my HTPC and am really impressed with it but I'd just like to know how do I add podcasts to theaterview?

I'm not sure, but did you look at the options for Theater View?  You can customize it.  Tools/Options/Theater View.

Podcasts are audio files. I'm not an expert on this Podcast thing but I guess if you sort in Theater View -> Audio - Genre - Podcast, you should see what you want without doing pretty much anything. Sure you can fine-tune it from there.

Many thanks. That's totally awesome - I'm slowly just begining to understand the power of this thing!!
Is there an idiots guide to this program?

MC13 for Dummies? :) I wish there was. My advice is to go through all the options, and right click every item, and see what you find and then try it out. This programs features are almost endless. The way that you can make you're own tags (library fields), and you're own view schemes is what I love the most. And the beautifull and functional Theater View of course.
