Title: License issue: invalid #21, tried original and "restore", no-go

Hello,

I bought the license 5/28 and just tried to use it on my Vista host. It's already working fine on my laptop(XPpro,original load).  I tried the original license file as well as two others "restore" downloaded from the site.
Tries executing the file, using the item in help drop down, all to no avail.

13.0.171
invalid license, error code=21

Help?

The link called "Purchase" above is the best place to look for help.

Make sure you're an administrator.  Enter your Registration Code on our Restore Page and it should automatically install the license.  Vista UAC might try to block it.

Yup been there, tried my original license file and then three restore key files, all gave same error, didn't get blocked on any of them (I downloaded then executed these files then got error message).
