Title: Import From Camera: "Skip previously imported" still imports deleted images

When importing images from a camera (Vista), I have "Skip previously imported" checked.  I run into a problem when I have imported pictures from the camera and then deleted them from the library and hard disc.  If they are still on the camera when I go to import from the camera again, they are imported into MC again.  Is there any way to avoid this other than deleting the images from the camera after import (which I would rather not do)?
