Title: Buttons not text?

Is there a skin out there where all the selectable texts, like the pull downs of artists and albums, and all the stuff on the left, look like actual buttons, and not just rows or text?
I mean, it looks kinda bad, just rows of text. someone with some know how should snaz this up a bit.

i agree... the audio/images/video button should return... it looks way too plain...  :-\
