Title: Question: How to send each playlist to individual folders
Post by: park on June 28, 2009, 08:00:26 am
I want to set up a folder to copy a bunch of image playlists to. I figure I could set up the folder as a handheld device and then just choose which playlists I want to sync to it, but it copies all the playlists to one folder and then makes playlist files  in a separate folder. How do I make it so that it will create a unique folder for each playlist I want to synch?

I'm not aware of any way to do this with Media Center automatically.

I suppose you could export playlists, then import them as data files and use Media Center's file renaming tools to put them in folders.

Thanks. I imagine that a number of mobile devices treat folders of images as playlists. It would be a nice feature to introduce. It could be either a checkbox in the handheld options, or the field [Playlist] could be added to the "move, copy and rename" tool.
