Hello,
I just want to say that I really appreciate your product, I had used MC12 and recently upgraded successfully to MC13 without issue. I just downloaded the preview of MC14 and wanted to mail some logs. One small problem... I need an email address. I can't find one on the anywhere on JRiver web page except an address for 'corporate solutions'. A search of the forum indicates procedure in posts and faq (but no email address.) Please advise as I want to send logs for :
1) a BSOD entering theater view in MC14, but not 12 or 13.
2) a intermittent but repeatable crash to desktop playing ifo files in MC13
3) intermittent inability to initiate video playback across a variety of video formats which clears when the video is restarted in mc13
As video playback and tagging are my primary use for media center, I want to help you resolve these issues.

logs at jriver should work.
Try updating DirectShow from Microsoft, even if you PC is new. A blue screen is hardware related.
