Title: Uninstall

OK This is driving me nuts
MC13 v172 and MC14 v32 on a windows 64 machine
MC14 crashes after install sometimes straight away sometimes after trying to import, so I have tried to totally unistall 13 and 14 and do a fresh install, but the pc always remember my licence for both programmes, is this normal ?

It's normal to remember the license.

Crash isn't normal.  Try the link called "Stability" in my signature.

Virus checker?  Kaspersky has been a problem lately.
